Orange1 stator windings for electric motors

The Orange1 Holding group relies on the vast experience of EME Kft, manufacturers of stator and electric windings since 1999. The EME Kft electric windings are suitable for many applications and are manufactured on manual or semi-automatic production lines.

Orange1 offers the best solutions for winding or rewinding stators: they can be applied to motors for pressure washers, compressors, electric pumps, gate openers, gear motors, elevators, slicers, coffee grinders, burners and more. In addition to that we can produce custom windings on special voltages and frequencies.

We can make manual stator windings up to 1200 mm with special insulation or impregnation requests: windings with special phase separators, double impregnation for extreme climates or with vacuum method.

Stator and motor electric windings: details and overview

Electric windings are inserted in the stator slot (aka stator windings) and in the rotor slot (aka rotor windings) of an electric motor. Here the current generates the necessary torque to facilitate the rotation of the rotor and the operation of the system.

The stator windings can be made in star or triangle types, depending on the connection inside the motor. They can be made with copper or aluminum wires, covered with high insulation-class materials and subsequently impregnated with epoxy resins.

The cleaning and maintenance of electric windings must be planned periodically, as well as the degree of insulation in order to avoid failures in most types of electric motors.
