Future
Responsible Future is the new area of our website dedicated to projects that chronicle Orange1’s commitment to conscious, inclusive and sustainable business growth.
We believe in an industry that not only looks at results, but also puts people and respect for the planet at the centre.
That is why we are pursuing concrete initiatives in two key areas: the inclusion of women in the workplace and in motorsport, and environmental sustainability linked to our sporting and industrial activities.
In this section we tell you how, through passion and responsibility, we are building our future.
Inclusion Project – “Orange1 for Women”
Orange1 for Women is the project through which Orange1 promotes a culture of female inclusion in the world of work and sport, giving voice, space and opportunities to women.
We are proud to have a significant female presence in the company, including in leading managerial and operational roles. But our commitment goes further.
With Orange1 for Women, we have decided to support women even in traditionally male contexts such as motorsport. Thus was born an academy dedicated to future female navigators, led by driver Simone Campedelli and professional navigator Tania Canton, with the aim of training young female talent and supporting them in becoming professionals in the world of rallying.
Orange1 for Women is our way of making a concrete statement that gender equality is not a goal, but a daily responsibility.
Sustainability Project – “We start with respect for the planet”
We start with respect for the planet. The rally is our way of racing responsibly is the environmental sustainability project by Orange1.
Born out of the desire to combine passion for motorsport and respect for the environment, this project led us to offset the CO₂ emissions produced by our participation in the Rally di Roma Capitale race.
In cooperation with Piantando, we adopted 100 trees for a year in the Silva reserve near Pescara: a concrete gesture to reduce our environmental impact and promote a more conscious approach also in the world of racing.
For us, this project represents the first step of a wider path, in which environmental sustainability and responsible innovation become key elements to build a better future.
