‘I was 28 years old, a dream in my head and the courage – or perhaps the recklessness – to pursue it.’
On stage at TEDx Bassano Del Grappa, our President Armando Donazzan shared the moment when it all began: when, as a boy, he asked his father not to sell the family business.
He wanted to try. He wanted to build something of his own. With fear in his heart, a bundle of debts on his shoulders and emotion in his eyes, he took the first step.
From there, satisfactions, mistakes, falls, every fall was a matchpoint. But each time he got back up. Always.
With humility, looking his mistakes in the face. With vision, to leave a mark.
That dream continues to walk. And every day, it reminds us why it is worth believing.
