A team of highly specialised professionals represents great value for the future development of the company within the Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Strategic growth and integration of Italian excellence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This acquisition represents a fundamental strategic step for Orange1 to strengthen its presence in the high-potential ventilation sector. The objective is clear: to grow together, increase competitiveness and offer increasingly complete and customised solutions of excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orange1 completed the operation using 60% of its own means, confirming the Group&#8217;s financial solidity and confidence in the long-term value of this integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To foster the development of Euro Motors Italia, Orange1 will provide resources, skills and technical-industrial know-how, promoting synergies that will enhance the value of both companies. In this context, the acquisition of the company&#8217;s headquarters building has also been finalised, with the aim of keeping production on site, guaranteeing continuity, stability and quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;We are proud to welcome Euro Motors Italia into our family,&#8221; said Armando Donazzan, President of Orange1 Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;It is a solid company with an important history and great people.
