We <strong>manufacture die cast aluminum components<\/strong> from 10 g to 10 kg with <strong>7 different aluminum alloys<\/strong> for various sectors: pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, food, lighting and automotive.\r\n\r\nThe production of <strong>aluminum die casting parts<\/strong> is particularly specialized in the <strong>automotive field<\/strong>: we produce <a href=\"https:\/\/www.orange1.eu\/en\/all-products\/aluminium-die-casting\/\">die cast components<\/a> such as alternators, GPL-methane conversion systems, light-control modules, suspensions and supports for motors, shift levers, oil filters, pedals and other parts.\r\n\r\nWe use <strong>extremely advanced aluminum die casting technologies<\/strong>, providing <strong>high quality die-cast aluminum parts<\/strong> for several industrial applications.\r\n<h2 class=\"h3\">Orange1 Foundry for aluminum die casting: details and overview<\/h2>\r\n<strong>Aluminum die casting<\/strong> is a <strong>permanent foundry process<\/strong> where the molten metal is cast at high pressure in a mechanical mold. Thanks to the lightness, conductivity, strength, ductility, malleability and aesthetic<strong> properties of aluminum, these die-cast parts are better<\/strong> than other materials such as zinc, granite or stainless steel.\r\n\r\nThe <strong>aluminum die casting process in Orange1 Foundry<\/strong> starts from three metal casting furnaces in order to power up presses from 250 to 1600 tons. This is for a <strong>fast and perfect mould filling at high pressures<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nMoulds are produced by <strong>Orange1 Foundry technical office in co-design<\/strong> with the customer. This is carried out with the best production technologies in order to <strong>optimize the resistance to pressure and thermal shocks<\/strong>.
