Orange1 Precision is the division of Orange1 Holding that deals with precision turning. We manufacture small metal turned parts in stainless and industrial steel, brass and aluminum for the hydraulic, pneumatic, electrotechnical and automotive sectors.

As turning parts manufacturers since 2018, Orange1 Precision’s experience comes from companies such as Mado srl and Came srl, which have been producing turned components since the ’90s and ’70s. Our technological advancement is mainly dedicated to ultra precision turning, grinding, honing and drilling.

The Orange1 high precision turned parts range includes shafts for electric motors, components for washers and pumps as well as small parts for hydraulic applications and hydraulic valves. We also manufacture several precision turning parts for industry.

We supply turned components and products in a state-of-the-art production plant equipped with CNC machines, multi-spindle lathes, grinding and sanding machines, pick-up transfers.

Our production department consists of:

• Multi-spindle bar lathes up to Ø 35, CN sliding and fixed headed lathes up to Ø 65 plus CN lathes for superfinishing and hard-turning, to carry out a highly precise turning of all our components;
• Centerless and numerically controlled grinding machines, to avoid the deformation of metal parts and to guarantee a high finishing degree with precise tolerances;
• Manual and automatic interior sanders, in order to provide excellent precision and roughness;
• 6 stations transfers for second machining of bar turned parts;
• Advanced systems for knurling, threading, milling, tumbling and metal washing.
